Raising Invoice

You can use the raise invoice menu from our e-tools. Ensure you have your container number ready to complete the invoice request form. You will also need to provide your paid-through-date (PTD), consignee and agency details

After a successul generation of invoice, you can use the download button to download your invoice. You can also download your invoice from the invoice list under transactions menu

Your draft number can be found on your downloaded invoice or from your invoice list under transaction menu.

You can use the "Make Payment" menu to make payment by entering your draft number. You can also make payment by clicking the "Pay Now" button from your invoice list

Booking Examination

If there is any need to cancel your booking, contact the customer service by email:customerservice@omt.ng or call +234 912 0399654,+234 912 0399653.

You can use our online booking for examination form to request for repositioning. Select "Re-Book" on the sevice list.

You will receive an email/SMS once your payment has been finailized and you will see a download icon on your booking list. Click on the download link to print your indemnity form.

You will have to make payment immediately after you have successfully requested for positioning to secure the date requested. If our quota for the requested date is full, you will be automatically moved to the next avaialable date.

Making Payments

You can make payment by entering your invoice draft number and follow the information on the screen. You can also make payment by clicking on the link "Pay Now" immediately after generating your invoice. You can also make payment from your invoice list

On the payment gateway, enter your card details and follow the instruction on the screen

Yes, you can use NIBSS on your internet banking

Yes, there are transaction charges on payment made on the website.

Create an account by signing up, verify your email, OMT team approves your account and you are good to go to use our e-tools.

You can check email junk/spam for the verification email or login again and click request for verification email.

You can use the forgot password link on the login page to reset your password
